Search for your signed documents

When your system has the E-signing module enabled, you will get some new options when searching for documents.

If you click on "Advanced search," you will be able to see a checkbox "Search only for signed documents." Take a look at the image below:

If this checkbox is checked, we will only search for documents that have gone through the signing process and thus have a signature on them. This is excellent if you want to find a contract that you know is signed and contains the text "Helsingborg" as an example. Simply type Helsingborg in the search box and check the box for searching only for signed documents.

This is also a great way to quickly display all signed documents. Check the box and then click the "Search" button, and we will show you all documents that have a signing process associated with them.

View the signing process on the document card

When you have searched the document list for a document that has a signature and click on the document card, you will see all the signing processes on the right that this document has. In most cases, there will only be one signing process per document, but it could technically have multiple signing processes.

Here you can see the date when the signing process started, the status of the signing, and the greeting phrase. Click on the signing process to be taken to the E-sign dashboard where you can manage the signing process.
