Move a document to another archive


Have you uploaded a document to a certain archive and would like to move it? No problem as long as you are an administrator.

If you are an administrator, you will see a field called "Archive" when you click on a document like below: In this list, you will see the archives to which you have write permissions. You can only move a document to an archive where you have write permissions. 

Click on the arrow to the right and select the archive you want to move the document to. You will now be asked if you are really sure you want to move the document. If you click "OK," the document will be moved, and you should receive a message that it was successful.

It may happen that your changes do not appear immediately if you close the document card. Your document has been moved, and if you refresh the page, you will now see that the document is under the new archive instead.
