Can’t you log in?
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by going to Reset password and entering the email you use to log in. You will then receive a link sent to your email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you have forgotten which email you use, you can ask the person in your organization who is the administrator. Your administrator will be able to retrieve which email you are using.
Did you not receive the password reset email?
We do our best to deliver our emails to you, but sometimes they do not go through. First, check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there. If it has not ended up there, it may be that your email provider or firewall has blocked the email. Allow emails from *@docuro.se. If you still do not receive the email, please contact our support.
