My document hasn’t been uploaded yet

Have you uploaded or scanned a document that hasn’t appeared in doCuro yet? This can be due to many different reasons.

How long does it take to get a document in?

This depends on several different factors. If you are submitting a very large number of documents at the same time, it may take a while. Usually, it takes about 5-10 minutes before your document is processed and uploaded in doCuro, but it can take longer during high load. Your archives are sorted so that the most recent document appears first in the list, but it might be a good idea to try sorting your archive differently (arranging it so that the most recently scanned document is on top) to see if the document has been hidden due to your sorting.

Press the "Date" header until the sorting icon shows in descending order like the image below:

Can you still not see your document here after 10 minutes? It could be that doCuro is experiencing high load right now and that it takes a little longer to get your documents in. Wait up to 2 hours and see if the document has come in by then. If the document hasn’t been received after 2 hours, it may be due to the reasons below.

The document that has come in is corrupt.

It may be that the document you submitted to doCuro is corrupt and that we cannot read it. This happens very rarely, but there is a risk of it. If your document hasn’t arrived after 2 hours, please contact our support, and we will take a look to see what is happening.

You are uploading a very large number of documents at the same time

When you upload a very large number of documents all at once, doCuro will try to spread these out over the entire day. This is to ensure that no one system takes up all the resources. When we say very large number of documents, we mean over 300 at a time. There is a guideline for this that is:

  • If a system has uploaded more than 300 documents in the last 2 hours, we will only allow that you can queue 3 at a time every minute.

Normally, a system is allowed to queue 20 documents for processing every minute, but if more than 300 documents have been submitted in the last 2 hours, you will only be able to queue 3 documents for each minute. Your documents will come in without any issues, but doCuro will spread the processing of your documents throughout the day. This is because if a system submits, for example, 4000 documents all at once, it would fill up all the capacity. Therefore, we spread these 4000 documents over the whole day.
