How can I contact support?


If you can't find the answer to your question in our knowledge base, please feel free to contact support directly. When you are logged into the system, you will have the option to Live chat with us during business days. Are we not online in the live chat? No problem, you will be able to send us a message and we usually respond within 24 hours.

We prefer that you contact support while logged into doCuro. This way, we can see much more information about you, which makes support faster and better.

Contact us inside the system (Preferred method).

  1. In the bottom right corner, you will see a button that you should click on, which looks like this:

  2. A box will then open with two options at the top "Reply" or "Ask". Under "Reply", you can see if we may have already answered your question in the knowledge base. If you need to talk to us, click on "Ask". If we are online for live chat, you will see a box like the one below where you can choose to send us a message or chat with us directly.

  3. If we are not online for live chat, you will see a form where you can write your question to us. We usually respond within 24 hours.

Contact us outside the system

As mentioned, we prefer that you contact support using the method above because we then receive information directly about which system you belong to, as well as some other information that makes handling the case faster, which is good for both of us.
