Add users who get access to e-sign


When e-signing is activated for a system, it does not automatically mean that all users have access to e-signing. You can purchase additional access for extra users to e-sign.

Choose which users have access to e-sign

As an administrator, you will see a link called "E-signing Settings" when you click into E-signing, click on this. Look below:

Once here, you can easily select which users will have access to the e-signing. Check or uncheck the checkbox next to the user you want to grant or revoke e-signing rights to. Then click save. Users with a green checkmark checked are the ones who will have access to e-signing. Other users will not be able to use e-signing.

NOTE! Be aware that you will be invoiced for the number of users using e-signing.
